Brigitta leads and manages the foundation. She oversees operations, finances, programmes, staff, and volunteers. She is responsible for driving the strategic planning, fundraising, and stakeholder relationships to achieve the foundation's mission and goals.

Kenyetta Wadetta Hayes

Director, North America

Kenyetta is the foundation’s Director and representative in North America. She leads and manages the foundation in North America. Her role is to work with donors and is responsible for fundraising, and stakeholder relationships in North America to achieve the foundation's mission and goals.

Moses Gbeku

Development Director

Moses, as the Director of Development of MOFEG Foundation, oversees all of the foundation’s fundraising and manages relationships with the foundation’s financial partners. He is responsible for planning fundraising events, interacting with donors to encourage ongoing contributions and seeking out opportunities for financial support through grants and sponsorships.

Programmes & HR Executive

Angela coordinates and supervises the foundation programmes. She works with community members and other stakeholders to identify necessary programmes and services. Angela also oversees administrative aspects of programmes to meet the objectives of the foundation. She is also responsible for managing staff at the foundation.

Christian's primary responsibilities in the foundation includes the Management of all accounting functions and staff - accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly reconciliations, close month-end books. He is responsible for the preparation of the foundation’s financial statements for review by the Board of Directors.

Irene Nana Austin Esq

Legal Advisor

Irene is responsible for legal compliance of MOFEG Foundation. She plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining effective governance structure for the Foundation by advising the executive council board on best practices, draft and review bylaws, policies, and procedures. She also works closely with Development Director on navigating the legal complexities of fundraising campaigns and advise on structuring fundraising efforts, ensuring compliance with fundraising laws and regulations and managing donor relations
